The invention relates to agricultural machinery, in particular to a rake.
A rake is known that includes a stand — well, at least one vertical bracket mounted on a support wheel 3 , on which radial rods with teeth are mounted, a support wheel hydraulic cylinder, a drawbar for attachment to towing elements, and there a tractor mounted with a possibility of change installation heights relative to the bed [1].
A disadvantage of the known rake is that when changing the height of 15 wheels for brackets with teeth (using the hydraulic cylinder of the support wheel for this), it occupies an inclined position in which the front (in the direction of movement). 20 teeth are located closer to the soil compared to opposite posterior teeth. To increase the distance from the ground, it is therefore necessary to change the __ tilt of the machine frame, turning (with subsequent fixation) also more relative to the machine bed. For this purpose, a spindle is usually used. Repositioning the drawbar takes a long time. This current deficiency is especially evident primarily when the rearrangement of the drawbar must be carried out in the field. In this case, the worker must each time actuate the hydraulic cylinder of the support wheel and then use the spindle to change the position of the drawbar.
The rotation and fixing of the drawbar relative to the machine bed must also be done when the stacker is attached to a tractor equipped with a towing device that is different in height, and also when it is necessary to adapt to different soil conditions.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the maintenance of the rake.
This goal is achieved by the fact that the rake is equipped with an additional hydraulic cylinder and a two-arm lever, one shoulder of which is connected to the additional hydraulic cylinder / and the other shoulder by means of a spindle with a drawbar, and the additional hydraulic cylinder and the support wheel hydraulic cylinder are interconnected.
The drawing schematically shows a rake, side view.
The rake contains at least one wheel 1, which carries two radially arranged brackets 2 with teeth 3. The brackets 2 during their rotation around the approximately vertical axis' 4, the wheels for the brackets with teeth 3 can also rotate around their own axes. The teeth .3 touch the tip of the earth only during a certain part of the rotation. When touching the ground, the teeth rake the material they harvest and they can lay the roll by turning.
The rake has a bed 5 with a wheel 1 placed on it for the drive of which. ' there is a gear 6 located above it and a drive shaft 7 enclosed in a protective tube 8. Two plates 9 are placed on the frame 5 (only the back plate is shown in the drawing). The plates 9 of the bed 5 are located approximately parallel to each other from the transmission b to the front side of the stacker and enclose a protective tube 8 with the drive shaft 7. At the outer end of the drive shaft 7, a coupling 10 is provided for connecting the articulated shaft 11 to the tractor PTO shaft. The bed plates 9 carry a horizontal axis 12 on the lower trapezoidal part, which is perpendicular to the direction of movement of the stacker. On this axis 12, a drawbar 13 is pivotally mounted, which can be connected to the towing part 14 on the tractor lower links 15. In addition, apply the articulated arm 16. The rotary mounted on the bed .5 hydraulic cylinder 17, which is used to rotate and fix the drawbar, is connected to one arm of the articulated arm 16. Between the other shoulder of the crank arm 16 and the drawbar, a spindle 18 with a handle 19. rotates around its axis 12 relative to the frame 5 drawbar 13 and is fixed in a predetermined position.
Wheel 1 is mounted on a support wheel 20, mounted on a part 21, pivotally connected to a support plate 22. The support plate 22 is mounted on an axle 2 3 under the l.Kpo-r wheel, and on the axis 23, a hydraulic cylinder 24 of the support wheel is rotated, which one side is connected to the outer end of the part 21 supporting the support wheel 20.
A pressure line 25 has been laid along the protective tube 8 of the drive shaft 7, which is completely transmitted and connected to the hydraulic cylinder 24 of the support wheel 20. In the area of the protective pipe 8, the pressure pipe 25 is provided with a branch 26 directed to the hydraulic cylinder 17 of the drawbar 13. Pressure the pipe 25 starts from the valve 27 located on the front of the bed 5 and can be connected to a pressure source (not shown) on the tractor.
The device operates as follows.
By actuating the valve 27, the pressure means enters both at the same time in the hydraulic cylinder 17 of the drawbar and in the hydraulic cylinder 24 of the support wheel in order to simultaneously change the height position of the wheel for the brackets with teeth and rotate the drawbar 13. It goes without saying that with the valve 27 can also be controlled by the removal of hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic cylinder 17 and, accordingly, the hydraulic cylinder 24. To return the hydraulic fluid, the return given to the hydraulic cylinder 17 is used I am a spring (not shown). The use of such a spring for the hydraulic cylinder 24 of the support wheel is unnecessary, since here the translation to the initial position occurs under the influence of the dead weight of the machine.
Thus, the rake of this design can be rearranged in several steps by hand using the hydraulic system, height above the ground, as well as to compensate for the resulting rake tilt by changing the position of the drawbar relative to the machine bed due to the convenient control of the hydraulic drawbar hydraulic cylinder. fixing the drawbar. Also using. This hydraulic cylinder can be attached in a very simple way to a tractor with tractors equipped with different heights. Finally, this design allows you to adapt well to various soil conditions, provides an extremely simple reduction of the rake from the working position to the transport one and vice versa.

[1]
The invention relates to agricultural machine-building, in particular, to a rake. A rake is known that includes a stand, at least one vertical wheel mounted on the support wheel, on which radial rods with teeth are fixed, a hydraulic cylinder of the support wheel, a drawbar for connecting to towing elements of the tractor there, mounted with the possibility of changing the height of the installation relative to the frame 1. A disadvantage of the known rakes is that when the height of the wheels is changed for the brackets with the teeth (using This hydraulic cylinder supporting wheel), it is occupying an inclined position, wherein the front (in the traveling direction). the teeth are closer to the soil than the opposite rear teeth. To increase the distance from the ground, it is therefore necessary to change the inclination of the frame of the machine, turning (with subsequent fixation) also in relation to the frame of the machine. For this purpose, a lead screw is generally used. Carrying out the drawbar takes a lot of time. This deficiency is especially apparent when the drawbar relocation has to be carried out in the field. In this case, the worker must actuate the hydraulic cylinder of the support wheel each time and then use the spindle to change the position of the drawbar. The turning and fixing of the tongue relative to the machine bed must also be carried out when the stacker is attached to a tractor equipped with a different tug height device and also when it is necessary to adapt to different soil conditions. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the maintenance of the rake. This goal is achieved by the fact that the rake is equipped with an additional hydraulic cylinder and a double-arm lever, one arm of which is connected to the additional hydraulic cylinder, and the other arm is connected with a spindle with the screw, and the additional hydraulic cylinder and the hydraulic cylinder of the support wheel are interconnected. The drawing shows a schematic rake, side view. The rakes contain at least one wheel 1, which carries two radially arranged brackets 2 with teeth 3. Brackets 2 during its rotation around an approximately vertical axis 4 wheels for brackets with teeth 3 can also be rotated around their own axes. The tooth 3 touches only the fi period of a certain part of the turn with its spike of the earth. During the contact of the earth, the teeth scoop up the material that they pick up and, by turning, can lay off the swath. The rake has a frame 5 with wheel 1 placed thereon for driving it. A gear 6 above it and a drive shaft 7 enclosed in a protective tube 8 are provided. Two plates 9 are placed on the base 5 (only the back plate is shown in the drawing), the plates 9 of the frame 5 are located approximately parallel to each other from the transfer b to the front side of the stackers and enclose between itself a protective tube 8 with a drive shaft 7. At the outer end of the drive shaft 7, a coupling 10 is provided for connecting the hinge shaft 11 to the tractor's power take-off shaft. The bed plates 9 carry a horizontal axis 12 located perpendicular to the direction of travel of the stacker on the bottom trapezoid. On this axis 12, the drawbar 13 is rotatly seated, which can be attached to the towing part 14 on the lower legs 15 of the tractor. In addition, a crank lever 16 is installed and twisted mounted. With one lever of the crank lever 16, a hydraulic cylinder 17 is rotatably mounted on a frame .5, which serves to pivot and fix the drawbar. The crankshaft lever 16 and the drawbar 13 are equipped with a spindle 18 with a handle 19. The handle 19 can be set to position the crank lever 16 relative to the position of the breather 13. When the hydraulic cylinder 17 is actuated, the cranked lever 16 rotates Those with him, through the spindle screw 18, rotate around their axis 12 relative to the frame 5, the drawbar 13 and is fixed in a predetermined position. The wheel 1 is mounted on the support wheel 20, mounted on the part 21, which is rotatably connected to the support plate 22. The support plate 22 is mounted on the axis 23 under the wheel 1. Also, on the axis 23, the hydraulic cylinder 24 of the support wheel is rotatable, which one side is connected to the outer end of the part 21 carrying support wheel 20. A discharge pipe 25 is laid along the protective tube B of the drive shaft 7, which is connected to the hydraulic cylinder 24 of the support wheel 20 on the qpoxoxuiT section 25 d is provided with a branch 26 directed to the hydraulic tsiliadr 17 of the drawbar 13. Pressure line 25 starts from the front-side frame 5 and the valve 27 may be attached to a pressure source (not shown) on the tractor. The device works as follows. Actuating the valve 27, the pressure means enters both simultaneously into the hydraulic cylinder 17 of the drawbar and into the hydraulic cylinder 24 of the support wheel in order to simultaneously change the height of the wheel for the brackets with the teeth and turn the drawbar 13. It goes without saying that relief valve 27 can also be controlled by discharging the hydraulic fluid from the hydraulic cylinder 17 and, accordingly, the hydraulic cylinder 24. For retracting the hydraulic fluid, the attached hydraulic cylinder 17 is returned and a spring (not shown). The use of such a spring for the support-cylinder hydraulic cylinder 24 is unnecessary, since here the resetting takes place under the action of the own weight of the machine. Thus, the rake of this design can be rearranged in height by hand with the help of the hydraulic system in height above the ground, and the resulting rake inclination can be compensated by changing the position of the drawbar relative to the machine bed by conveniently controlling the hydraulic cylinder. turning and fixing the drawbar. Also with help. This hydraulic cylinder can be attached using a very simple rake method to tractors equipped with various towing devices. Finally, such a structure allows to adapt well to different soil conditions, provides an extremely simple conversion of the rake from the working position to the transport one and vice versa. Claims of the invention Rake including a frame, at least one vertical bracket mounted on the support wheel, on which are mounted radial rods with teeth, hydraulic cylinder of the support wheel, a drawbar for attaching to the tractor towing elements, mounted with the possibility of changing the height of installation relative to the frame, differing
so that, in order to simplify maintenance, the rakes are equipped with an additional hydraulic cylinder and a double-arm lever / one arm of which is connected to an additional hydraulic cylinder, and the other shoulder is connected with a spindle by means of a drawbar, and the additional hydraulic cylinder and the hydraulic cylinder of the support wheel are interconnected.
